Silicon substrate lenses Request a quote for custom silicon optics!
On the emitter side the substrate lens supports the THz radiation to escape from the antenna GaAs substrate and shapes the THz beam.
On the detector side the substrate lens collects the incoming THz radiation and focus it on the receiving antenna.
Using patented aspheric focusing or collimating substrate lenses no further THz mirrors or lenses are needed for THz beam shaping.
